revealed she felt “broken” and “almost gave up” following her separation from Jamie Redknapp. The former Eternal singer, 50, explained how she was badly trolled and branded a “villain” in the aftermath of her split from her ex-husband, 51. The mum-of-two admitted it was difficult to block the “outside noise” that came with a high profile split.
Louise and Jamie were granted a divorce in December 2017, and Jamie has since moved on with partner Frida Andersson, who he married in October 2021. The pair went on to welcome their son, Raphael, in November 2021. The singer shares two sons, Charley, 20, and Beau, 16, with the former professional footballer.

Speaking on , Louise explained how she couldn’t see a way out from “how bad and how low” she felt at the time of their separation.
She said: “I think it was the lowest a person can get to. It was horrendous. I could never see a way out with how bad and how low I felt at the time.
“If I didn’t have my kids, I just, I think I would have just given up. I really do. I think I just knew that my kids were my everything and they needed me.”
Louise continued: “But I can honestly say, you’re going through something so personal, your own turmoil in your own way but then to get the barrage of judgement and nastiness.

“I never realised people could be so unkind and say such terrible things. It blew my mind.”
She later added that she “felt so attacked” in a “national” way as she tried to be strong for her children.
“I was the villain,” Louise remarked. “I was absolutely breaking beyond what I thought was possible for a human to break.”
Louise is currently dating defence firm boss Drew Michael, who she previously described as “great” and “lovely”.
