‘s son Samuel has shared that he is “delighted” over one major milestone he has reached in his career. In a post shared on , the 28-year-old announced that he’s set to showcase his pottery in a new exhibition at the Sokyo gallery in Kyoto, Japan. Samuel included a promotional pamphlet for the exhibition that showed a picture of himself hard at work in his studio surrounded by an array of small glazed bowls.
In the caption, he shared: “I’m delighted to announce my upcoming exhibition with @sokyo_gallery in Kyoto. The works shown came out of a residency I did with the gallery last year, along with more recent works wood fired at my studio in West Sussex.
“These works respond to the idea of ‘Interior and Exterior,’ balance and flow, they are also influenced by landscapes and tea culture in Britain and Japan. Made with porcelain and local clays from Japan and Sussex.”
Samuel shared that a preview will take place on April 3 – before the exhibition is open to the public from April 4 to April 19.
Although he has largely remained out of the spotlight, Princess Margaret’s rarely-seen grandson back in December.
He was seen arriving to the London residence with his mother and father – Daniel Chatto.

Pictured wearing a suit under a dark coat, he paired his look with the Prince of Wales Highgrove scarf in mustard and grey tones.
Samuel has previously after his girlfriend Eleanor Ekserdjian joined the annual walkabout last Christmas Day.
Eleanor – who also describes herself as an “abstract painter and film artist” – fuelled rumours of their engagement after she appeared to have followed ‘s route.
