Although Ferrari factory tours are typically restricted, some lucky visitors can book private tours to see where Ferrari cars are crafted. These tours often include visits to the production lines where Ferrari’s high-end sports cars, including the 488 GTB and LaFerrari, are assembled.
Apart from offering a tour of the most luxurious cars in the world, the city has also grown as a hub for . Most of the Ferrari executives and engineers have their residences in Maranello.

One person wrote on TripAdvisor Forum: “It was an excellent experience. Feeling the acceleration of Ferrari portofino with the sound of this incredible machine was a unique experience.
“The co-pilot was marvelous, very careful but also supportive and encouraging to take the car to higher speeds. All in all a highly recommended experience with this very experienced provider.”
A second user said: “From my point of view, the Ferrari museum is a must if you are in Italy and near Maranello. For example, we visited the museum on our way from Florence and reserved a whole day of our vacation for this.
“I for one would put the Ferrari Museum in the compulsory curriculum of Italian schools because only on the surface it is a museum of luxury cars. In fact, it is a trip through the recent history of Italian technical excellence and what it means to be a trailblazer in such a globally competitive area
