fans are slamming host and accusing him of “ruining” the quiz show. During Friday’s visit (March 14) to the ITV studios, the beloved gameshow host welcomed four new quizzers onto the show looking to put their general knowledge to the test. As fans tuned in for the primetime show, the former star introduced contestants Yvonne, Zainudeen, Ellie and Pete onto the programme where they battled it out to take home the all-important cash prize.
This week, the quartet went up against Sean ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace, who made sure to bring his A-game as he faced off against the wise players. But fans were soon slamming host Walsh after he was seen constantly encouraging the quizzers to play it safe and “take the low offer”. One instance saw player Ellie toying with her decision to take the low, middle or high offer, as she admitted: “I didn’t think I’d go low but I think I will,” to which Brad replied: “Mate I tell you, all day long go for the low.”

Fans are slamming the host for making the show less watchable, after one player got his first 3 questions wrong and was booted off in the first 10 minutes.
“Wtf Brad ……am i living in a parallel universe……you’re always encouraging people NOT to go for it !!!!” slammed one fan.
Another penned: “Brad constantly telling them to get back and take the low offer. This show is turning into #pointless.” A third fumed: “Why is Brad intentionally ruining the show and making everyone pick the low boring offer!!”
Fans are often slamming the show’s concept after player’s are seen consistently taking the lowest offer and taking home minimal cash prizes. The lowest offer a player took was a for a whopping minus £17k.
The episode saw Chetan, Nicky, Kim and Jason take on The Vixen, and whilst Kim and Jason had accumulated a huge £76,000 during the money cash rounds, mainly thanks to Kim taking the higher offer of £70,000, it was Nicky and Chetan who decided to take the lower offers.

After Nicky took an offer of -£5,000, 25-year-old salesman Chetan was up last in the cash builder rounds, and after seeing a cool £75,000 on the table already with all three of his team mates safe, he chose to take the lower offer.
He told Bradley: “Probably not going to be the most popular choice but I do think there is strength in numbers so I’m going to go for the -17.”
Despite The Vixen telling Chetan it was the “right thing to do”, viewers watching the show took to social media to vent their frustration and anger.
One wrote: “What am I watching, imagine taking the minus £17,000 offer on the chase …….the lowest offer ever. I wouldn’t be able to walk the streets without being ashamed of myself.”
Another wrote: “I can’t believe what I’ve just witnessed on the chase. Someone taking -£17,000 . Horrific sportsmanship no words for it. #thechase”.
Somebody else wrote: “I cannot believe he took a -£17,000 on the chase????? I’m absolutely disgusted. Kim deserves better!!!!”
