surprised her fans on Thursday with the – and will be released within weeks. The 43-year-old took to her account to share the exciting news that the first episode of Confessions of a Female Founder will be released on April 8.
The podcast will be released via Lemonada Media, with Meghan having signed with them last year. Alongside a picture of Meghan dressed in bright blue, the caption read: “I’m so excited to share with you something else I’ve been working on: ‘Confessions of a Female Founder,’ my new podcast with @lemonadamedia!
“I’ve been having candid conversations with amazing women who have turned dreams into realities, and scaled small ideas into massively successful businesses. They’re opening up, sharing their tips, tricks (and tumbles), and letting me pick their brains as I build out my own business, As ever. It has been absolutely eye-opening, inspiring… and fun! (Because what’s the point if we can’t have some fun on this wild adventure?) First episode is April 8th!”

Prior to the reveal of her new podcast, Meghan previously released Archetypes during the summer of 2022. There were a dozen episodes in the Archetypes podcast.
According to Spotify, who exclusively released the series, Archetypes was “a podcast where we investigate, dissect, and subvert the labels that try to hold women back”. Previously signed to Spotify, the Duke and Duches of Sussex’s Archewell Productions mutually ending their £15.4 million [$20 million] deal with Spotify in June 2023.
Much like Archetypes, episodes of Confessions of a Female Founder are set to be released weekly – although there is only expected to be eight episodes rather than a dozen, as reported by the . The episodes will be released across platforms like Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts and other audio programs.
Archetypes won The People’s Choice Award for “The Pop Podcast of 2022”. Also in 2023, Meghan was also named “a digital media national winner” by the 48th Annual Gracie Awards.
Mike Tindall

Mike Tindall is a co-host of the popular rugby podcast ‘The Good, The Bad and The Rugby’ alongside James Haskell and Alex Payne. Mike, who has been married to King Charles’s niece Zara Tindall since 2011, has, so far, released five seasons of the podcast. As well as the podcast being released on platforms such as Spotify and Sounds, the trio also appear on YouTube.
According to their website, the podcast “is a weekly podcast starring England legends James Haskell and Mike Tindall, alongside noted broadcaster Alex Payne.” In an amazing achievement, the podcast “debuted at number one in the Apple charts before releasing its first episode.”
The website also writes, “Featuring some of the biggest names across rugby, as well as the wider sporting and pop-cultural realms, it has attracted a cult following due to its rare ability to draw in the core rugby fan while cutting through and engaging a wider audience too.”
Back in 2023, , Princess Kate and – Mike’s mother-in-law – Princess Anne made a surprise guest appearance on he podcast. The royals all discussed their love of the sport – as well as their respective roles as patron for various rugby unions.
Sarah Ferguson

Sarah, Duchess of York, released her podcast, ‘Tea Talks with The Duchess and Sarah’, in June 2023.
The 65-year-old, who was previously married to , co-hosted the series with her friend, Sarah Thomson. The series was a weekly podcast which the pair claimed would “have you hooked from the very first sip”.
As well as being joined by various guests in each episode, the Duchess and Sarah would speak on “hot topics, and share their thoughts and perspectives on everyday issues”. They would also share their insights into listeners’ dilemmas.
The final episode of Sarah’s podcast was released in August 2023.

Although she hasn’t released her own podcast, the Princess of Wales appeared on Giovanna Fletcher’s ‘Happy Mum Happy Baby’ podcast in 2020.
Speaking of her own experience of mum guilt, the 43-year-old also revealed that had practiced clipping car seat in before their first son, Prince George, was born in 2013.
As well as Kate, William has also appeared on a few podcasts, such as Time to Walk with Apple+ where he recorded himself walking around the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.
William also made a surprise appearance on That Peter Crouch Podcast in 2020. He spoke about mental health and made a hilarious confession about gifting his wife some binoculars during the early stages of their relationship.

and Julia de Boinville launched the second series of their podcast Floodlight, brought to listeners by The Anti-Slavery Collective.
