On the March 14 episode, Alison made a comeback to This Morning alongside Dermot O’Leary. However, Alison felt sidelined minutes into the segment as Paddy McGuinness took her place.
Paddy, famous for hosting Take Me Out, appeared on the show to talk about his latest project, Tempting Fortune. But before getting down to the interview, he got involved with the Spin to Win game, making Alison feel left out.
Dermot informed the audience: “We are delighted to tell you that we have a guest spinner in today. It’s Paddy.”
Upon Paddy’s entry, Dermot recalled: “Last time you were on, you won £500.”

Alison queried: “Do you think you can beat that?” Paddy was confident he could.
While Alison was discussing the competition’s rules, Paddy gave Dermott a warm embrace, and their camaraderie continued with prolonged hugs.
Amidst their display of affection, Alison quipped: “Do you know what, do you want me to leave you to it?”

Alison then suggested: “Should I leave them? You know what I’m gonna leave it to these two to do it. See you later,” and comically exited the stage.
Dermot and Paddy laughed off the incident and promptly co-hosted the segment, leading to a viewer winning the grand prize of £1,500 and a luxurious £500 spa voucher.
It comes after Vanessa Feltz, the esteemed broadcaster, is poised to bid farewell to This Morning after an impressive 33-year tenure. At 63 years old, Vanessa has decided to leave her familiar post on the ITV show due to her dedication to fronting her new Channel 5 programme, aptly named Vanessa.
Opening up to the Daily Star, she expressed how her colleagues responded to her departure, revealing: “When I told everyone I wouldn’t be able to do the show anymore, they were lovely about it. I heard from Alison Hammond and Holly Willoughby immediately and the bosses were charming. I’ll miss working with them all.”
Vanessa also mentioned that she had acquired a wealth of knowledge from her three-decade experience alongside the many stars of the favored morning show.
