The latest episode of saw temperatures rise as executed a surprise firing, leaving fans astonished.
In the gripping instalment on Thursday night, the candidates were tasked with creating a banking app and money box aimed at children aged six to nine.
Jordan swiftly appointed himself as project manager for one team, while Frederick took the helm of the rival group. But it wasn’t smooth sailing—Jordan’s team faced communication breakdowns, disrupting the collaboration between the app developers and the money box designers.
Meanwhile, creativity overshadowed practicality in Frederick’s team, as they focused more on entertainment than educational content.

Their task culminated in pitches to three potential investors, which resulted in disaster for Frederick’s camp. The investors criticized their dog-themed money box and game for not appealing to the intended age group, deeming it too young.
In the tense boardroom showdown, Jordan’s squad emerged victorious. Tim Campbell conveyed to the jubilant candidates that despite inconsistencies in branding and app integration, all three investors were ready to commit a staggering £465,000 for product enhancement, reports
A visibly moved Jordan struggled to contain his emotions after earning his first win as project manager. However, the situation was dire for Frederick’s team, with not a single investor expressing interest in their offerings.

Lord Sugar expressed his disbelief at their failure in typically blunt fashion, exclaiming: “Really?! Not a penny? b***dy hell.”
Upon being asked by Lord Sugar who he wished to bring back into the boardroom alongside himself for a possible firing, Frederick named Dean and Melica.
But the tycoon surprised everyone, stating: “It seems like completely disjointed organisation you were running there, completely disjointed.
“So look, my gut feeling tells me that you’ve got a lot to answer Frederick. I don’t like wasting my time. I think you led a bad team, I think the dynamic of the team is terrible at the moment, listening to everybody.”
Not pulling any punches, Lord Sugar then delivered the blow, adding: “I think that you missed an opportunity of £1.1 million, you got no orders at all, so Frederick, you’re fired.”

Reflecting on his dismissal in the taxi ride afterwards, Frederick commented: “I do think that it was a mistake but if Lord Sugar ever needs any public speaking advice, he knows who to get in touch with.”
But the drama didn’t end with Frederick’s exit; after the rest of the candidates were summoned again, Lord Sugar executed a rare double-dismissal by informing Keir that his journey on the show was also over, following their collective failure in the task.
