Elon Musk’s Daughter Accuses Him Of Using IVF To Only Have Male Kids

Elon Musk’s daughter, Vivian Wilson, has accused the tech billionaire of allegedly using sex-selective IVF for his kids.

“My assigned sex at birth was a commodity that was bought and paid for. So when I was feminine as a child and then turned out to be transgender, I was going against the product that was sold,” Wilson, 20, wrote in a Threads post on Monday.

She added, “That expectation of masculinity that I had to rebel against all my life was a monetary transaction. A monetary transaction. A MONETARY TRANSACTION.”

Wilson and her twin brother were born to Musk’s first wife, Justine Musk, according to NBC News. The SpaceX founder is father to 14 kids in total from multiple relationships. Five of Musk’s children were conceived through IVF, according to the outlet.

Wilson went on to question why the U.S. permits parents to select their child’s sex via IVF, writingin a follow-up post on Threads, “How the fuck is this legal.”

Sex selection with IVF is controversial and banned in much of the world, but not in the U.S., according to BuzzFeed.

HuffPost has reached out to Musk for comment but didn’t immediately hear back.

Wilson, who has largely stayed out of the media, made headlines back in 2022 when she filed a request in court to change her first name while also denouncing her father’s last name, multipleoutlets reported.

“I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” Wilson said in the court filing.
