Netflix fans are hailing a spy thriller as “required viewing” for all film fanatics. The gripping Operation Finale made its UK debut in October 2018, following its US release in August of the same year. After a period of absence, the film has triumphantly returned to the streaming platform, much to the delight of its fans.
Set against the backdrop of 1960s Argentina, Operation Finale is rooted in historical truth, chronicling the daring mission of covert Israeli operatives tasked with apprehending Adolf Eichmann, a notorious Nazi architect of the Holocaust.
Mossad agent Pete Malkin is at the forefront of this high-stakes pursuit, aiming to extradite Adolf to face justice clandestinely. However, he soon becomes entangled in a perilous chase with the war criminal.
Oscar Issac stars as the intrepid Malkin, with Sir Ben Kingsley portraying the elusive Adolf. The stellar ensemble includes Melanie Laurent, Nick Kroll, Joe Alwyn, Simon Russell Beale, Lior Raz, Michael Aronov, and Haley Lu Richardson, reports Surrey Live.
