Marco Pierre White’s scrambled egg recipe makes for a deliciously fancy twist on a classic, but it takes considerably longer than the average person’s way of doing it. Scrambled eggs are part of a classic British breakfast and it’s normally a , keeping you full and satisfied for quite some time. in a pan normally only takes a few minutes, and it can be made even quicker if you decide to make them in the microwave.
However, if you fancy elevating your scrambled eggs, perhaps when making a weekend brunch or bougie working-from-home lunch, then Marco Pierre White’s might be the one for you to try. One creator and home chef Corre Larkin tried her hand at making the famed cook’s French-style scrambled eggs and it turned out to be quite an appetising meal. “While its not for everyday… I loved these eggs,” she admitted.

The ingredients needed to make Marco Pierre white’s scrambled eggs are:
4 large eggs
50g butter
100ml milk
Salt and pepper
Now, here’s how to make them:
- Heat butter in a saucepan on the lowest heat setting.
- Once that has melted, go in with your eggs. If the saucepan is too hot to touch, you need to turn it down.
- Pierce the egg yolks and slowly mix them in with the butter.
- Let that cook slowly for around 25 minutes. Add salt and white pepper towards the end.

“These better be the of my life,” she says in the clip after the cooking time was finished. Spreading it onto her toast, she then adds chives and reveals that it tastes “cheesy”.
“Those are some damn good scrambled eggs,” she reveals.
