has reacted to show three years after the former presenter, 64, sparked controversy over a column where he took a swipe at the Duchess of Sussex. The star later apologised for his comments which generated over 17,000 complaints to the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO). He has now commented on With Love, Meghan, albeit tip-toed around his latest critique of the Duchess of Sussex.
Writing in his latest column for The Sun the writer did not reveal whether or not he had tuned into the series but made a particular request. The on-screen farmer appeared to tread with caution. He wrote, “I’m not going to comment on ’s new television show. Save to say that I wish, as never before, that AA Gill was still alive.”

Jeremy added: “If you know, you know.”
Adrian Anthony Gill, who was a renowned restaurant and TV critic, gained popularity for his brutal reviews and sharp wit but was considered infamously divisive.
The late journalist died aged 62 less than a month after revealing he was seriously ill with cancer in 2016.
Jeremy’s careful choice of words follows an explosive row over his 2022 piece with the aforementioned publication, where he wrote that the Duchess “ought to be paraded through the streets naked”.
The former Top Gear presenter added that he hated Markle “on a cellular level”.
He received a torrent of backlash for his remarks and thousands of complaints. Jeremy later apologised to both Meghan and Harry.
Earlier this week it was announced With Love, Meghan will return for a second season in the autumn.
The first season of Meghan’s lifestyle show debuted on last week.
