McFly’s Danny Jones and his wife Georgia have been spotted together, presenting a united front following Danny’s late-night ‘kiss’ with Maura Higgins at a BRIT Awards afterparty. The couple were seen for the first time since the incident as they stepped out in Richmond, London.
A source commented: “They are clearly looking to put things behind them, and move on with their lives. It really hasn’t been a good time at all but they are very much together.” Observers noted that the pair seemed “very serious” while taking a stroll and sipping coffees on the green. However, an insider insisted: “They are positive people and can look to the future together. Things have been hard but they are moving forward as a couple.”

Since the scandal broke, with Danny caught on camera seemingly kissing Maura in the early hours of March 2, the couple has maintained a low profile.
Danny and Maura were later seen leaving the London event together and further footage surfaced showing Danny and Maura at another celebration at the Nobu Hotel in Marylebone, reports .
Georgia recently ended her social media silence by sharing a photo of their seven-year-old son, Cooper, on . Danny, on the other hand, has not made any public statements.
A source revealed to the aforementioned publication last week that Danny’s actions have been a “slap in the face” for Georgia, 38, leading to crisis talks between the two. Danny and former Miss World Georgia tied the knot in 2014, having first met at a Miss London event in 2009.

She candidly discussed their relationship on a podcast, confessing that initially, there was no chemistry. She disclosed: “He was a bit of a d*ck, and I didn’t really like him.” It took him the following year attempting to charm her. She shared. “I do like to drop that into conversation every now and again. He wanted me for a year. I said no. I was totally chilled when we went on the date.
“I didn’t really want to. My mum went, ‘Oh darling, what have you got to lose? Go on, go and enjoy yourself.'” Her scepticism had reasons, as she remarked: “I said he’s probably going to be a bit of a top sh*****, isn’t he? I just assumed.
“Unknowingly, I was playing hard to get. I wasn’t aware I was doing that.”
The duo eventually became engaged in 2013 during an idyllic break in Cyprus, before sealing the deal in Georgia’s native Malton. Reflecting on their wedding day, he articulated his awe: “When I saw Georgia, I couldn’t really take it. My legs shook. It was the most amazing view I’ve ever seen.”

Meanwhile, it has been reported how Maura is severely affected “in a bad way” and “really struggling” after the incident with Danny.
At 34, the former Love Island star has jetted off to Los Angeles for a modelling assignment amidst the storm. Friends convey that the last week has been incredibly trying as she faced a torrent of vile online abuse, with one explaining: “Maura is a tough character but the reaction has been utterly relentless, it’s taken its toll. She has found it very difficult to navigate.
“She appreciates she is in the public eye and there is extra interest around her, but the abuse is off the charts, and people need to calm down.”
Maura looked solemn when seen at Los Angeles International Airport late last week. Her friend further mentioned: “She is trying to treat things as business as usual, but it’s hard.”
