We’ll put the amount of days Vanna White works per year on “Wheel of Fortune” in the game show’s puzzle form: _ _
Care to guess? The answer is …
… 34. Less than seven working weeks to ply her decades-old gig as the iconic letter revealer.
White supplied the surprising deets to “Elvis Duran and the Morning Show” recently. (Watch the video below.)
“We film about 34 days a year,” she said. “That’s it.”
“But … six shows a day,” she added.
“I do not feel sorry for you one bit,” host Elvis Duran said.
Informed that it means she gets 331 days a week off annually from the show, White answered: “Yeah, I guess so. I’ve never looked at it that way.”
“And no one deserves it more than you,” Duran said.
White revealed last year that she actually pondered retirement when longtime colleague Pat Sajak announced his retirement in 2023. Their last episode after more than 40 years together was in June 2024.
Amid a reported dispute over pay disparity, she signed a contract extension in 2023 that carries her through two full seasons with new co-host Ryan Seacrest.
