Newlywed Georgia Toffolo was among the leading stars at the first day of Festival. Toff, 30, who recently married James Watt, 42, looked stunning in a chic knitted boucle dress by Delia Wade, complemented with a matching cropped jacket. Toff added to her sophisticated race-day ensemble with black tights and patent knee-high heeled boots. The reality TV personality completed the look with a petite YSL handbag and a pair of retro-style sunglasses.
Just days after her nuptials with James, Toff humorously suggested she was extending her honeymoon at Cheltenham. On , the star jested: “Day 1 Cheltenham outfit reveal! Quite a mad one even by my standards. Wearing white with patent leather boots to Cheltenham sounds so wrong but I personally think it’s sooooo right? Eager to hear your thoughts! You know how much I adore the festival. It’s such a special treat. I’ve been up since dawn desperate to get to the course…what a week we have ahead.” Georgia and her new spouse James became engaged last October when the millionaire proposed with an impressive eight-carat triple-diamond ring, estimated to be worth £200,000, during a romantic getaway to Greece for Georgia’s 30th birthday.

Georgia then announced the news on social media as she wrote: “James and I got married today.
“1st March will forever be the best day of my life – the day I became your wife. We eloped! Guests: whoever could get here with 48 hours notice! Temperature: 6C. Wind: 17 knots North Westerly. Location: North East Scotland. To our family and friends who aren’t with us, we will celebrate with you soonest.”
Meanwhile, former Love Island star Maura Higgins stole the show at the start of ITV’s coverage as she filmed a piece in a pub in traditional racing garb.
Maura looked stunning in a beige turtle neck and camel blazer with gold buttons as she pulled her hair back to ensure all eyes were on her outfit.
However, Maura was not present for the races as she was seen jetting off to LA following her “drunken kiss” with McFly star Danny Jones at the BRIT Awards.

Meanwhile down south in Cheltenham, Mike Tindall prepared for another thrilling day at the racing festival. At Paddington Station in London, the ex-England rugby champion, 46, could be seen distributing newspapers to eager fans in recognition of the event kickoff.
Looking jovial and energised, the past contestant of ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! was seen posing with supporters on Tuesday morning, anticipating the sports spectacle ahead.
Seven thrilling races are set for the opening day, with all eyes on Constitution Hill. The eight year old horse is aiming to maintain his flawless record over hurdles in the Champion Hurdle, having missed last year’s meeting.
Trained by Nicky Henderson, the horse has battled through a respiratory problem, suspected colic and lameness since his victory in 2023.
