Speaking to the , Mr Fitzwilliams suggested that Meghan should get “genuine A-listers” to join her as guests.
In season one, Meghan was joined by a host of friends – including actress Abigail Spencer, chef Roy Choi and make-up artist Daniel Martin. Mr Fitzwilliams said: “Meghan should get genuine A-listers like Serena Williams or even Oprah [Winfrey]. Not people we don’t know.”
He also suggested that could play a more prominent role – as well as making sure their children, Prince Archie, five, and three-year-old Princess Lilibet, are featured during the programme. Although their two children did not feature in the first season of the show at all, Harry, 40, did make a brief appearance in the final episode.

Speaking of the guests, he also suggested that Meghan should stop them “gushing” over her. Mr Fitzwilliams said: “Stop the guests gushing all over you. We know you love yourself, but it’s cringey.”
He also believes that Meghan should “stop the loud music” as he found it “very distracting”. The music throughout each episode ranges from a good mixture of instrumental R&B, new age, pop, and smooth jazz. The show was not filmed at Meghan’s Montecito mansion – instead it was staged a few miles away at a separate £5million home.
Due to this choice, Mr Fitzwilliams believed the kitchen lacked “personal touches” – which is something Meghan should take into thought for the next lot of episodes. He said: “The visuals are fine but it’s in someone else’s house and it’s needs a more personal touch than showing a few photos.”
Stating that Meghan’s needs to “polish up your act”, he added that in second series, Meghan should not “put so much emphasis on luxury.” He concluded, “Not everyone can afford ‘bubbles’.” During the programme, the Duchess showcased several expensive items and ingredients – including a range of Le Creuset pans – but said her recipes could also be completed “on a budget”.
