A major UK has revealed the first glimpse of the £100million expansion to one of its terminals, which is scheduled for completion this summer. Leeds Bradford Airport terminal is being regenerated and transformed into a modern travel hub. Work on the site is expected to be completed when the school holidays begin.

Among the upgrades are additional aircraft stands, more seating, faster security, new shops and eateries, a larger baggage reclaim area and immigration hall, and improved access for passengers with restricted mobility, The Telegraph and Argus reported in June. Now, have been offered a first look at what will be available once the exciting new upgrade is finished. Computer-generated images show a sleek and modern exterior with new walkways dotted around the terminal. A new departure lounge, reportedly designed to maximise passenger comfort, will have more seating areas and additional retail and dining options.
