The family of , including his wife , have all shared that they are “worried” over his latest career venture. The 26-year-old star is swapping the kitchen for a racetrack as he has decided to enter the world of motorsport.
While being coached by Mitch Evans, the oldest of the Beckham brood is taking on Evo Sessions at the Miami International Autodrome. In the two-day event, he will experience the breathtaking performance of the all-new GEN3 Evo race car on the track – capable of 0-60mph/100 kph in just 1.82s. But the exhilerating speeds of the cars has caused worry for those closest to Brooklyn.

Speaking to about how his wife, Nicola, took the news of him getting behind the wheel he said: “She was a little bit worried and then she saw me in my race outfit and was like ‘you should do this as a job, you look really good’.
“She was worried but after she saw me, and I got out of the car, she was like ‘you look really sexy’.”
Nicola was not the only person to issue concerns. “My dad was just like ‘be careful’, but obviously it’s something that me and my dad have bonded over that, over the years,” Brooklyn explained.

“You know, we’re both into cars and both into racing so he was really excited and yeah, he just said to be careful and have fun.” He added that both parents shared concerns, saying: “My mum was exactly the same, she was like ‘be careful but have fun’.”
Despite the worries, Brooklyn was more than excited to get out on the track. He previously said: “I’ve loved motorsport all my life, so when the opportunity came to be a part of Evo Sessions with Formula E, I jumped at the chance.
“I love it as a sport, but it’s an incredible opportunity to actually get behind the wheel and experience what it takes to compete at the top level of motorsport. The performance of the cars is insane, so I’m pleased I’ll be learning from the best in how to get the most out of them.”
