He might have been known as ‘Goldenballs’ during his iconic career, but has urged his son to be cautious as he bids to become ‘Goldenwheels’. The 26-year-old is embarking on his sporting journey to potential superstardom, but it doesn’t involve football boots.
Instead, . Beckham Jnr is currently undertaking intense Evo Sessions at the Miami International Autodrome to familiarise himself with the GEN3 Evo. The world’s fastest electric race car can reportedly accelerate from 0 – 60mph in under two seconds.
The former and star has encouraged his eldest son to pursue his dream. However, Brooklyn admitted he was also handed a warning by his famous father, telling he was told to “have fun but be careful.”
He also revealed that the ex- captain was accompanying him to the track, and the pair have even had practice races together. However, Brooklyn was unsure if Beckham Snr would be keen to invest in the sport long-term.
“I’m not sure if we can get him involved,” he said. “I think you know the times when I have done a bit of racing and was with him in the countryside of England.

“We’ve been to a track a few times together and you know, he just really enjoys it. I’m sure he would love this. We’re very similar. So sometimes he wins, sometimes I win – we kind of trade-off.”
As a youngster, Brooklyn attended the academy and has also modelled professionally for Vogue China, The New York Times Style Magazine, and Interview. He explained how he’s gone through a vigorous regime of simulator sessions, physical training, driver coaching, and engineering briefings to reach this point.
He’s also taken advice from and studied the work of the F1 icon in order to be able to adapt from his footballing experience. “It’s a lot different,” he said. “Obviously, they train their neck strength and I’ve seen some videos of Lewis saying that he does a lot of squats.
“I guess it’s a lot about your neck and a lot about your bum, I guess. In the last few weeks, I’ve definitely added a few squats into my gym routine.”
