Meghan said that even though “much has changed since then, so much has stayed the same”.
She then went on to explain more about her brand, adding: “That’s what As ever means: as it’s always been, the same as always.

“Dear friend,
“Welcome to the Joy
“I am so happy to have you join me on this adventure. Some of you will remember receiving newsletters similar to this one back in 2014, when I founded The Tig. Though much has changed since then, so much has stayed the same. “I still dance in my kitchen, experiment with recipes, get my hands dirty in the garden, laugh with friends over too many glasses of wine, and pivot from going out in a date night-worthy dress to being cosy at home in sweats and a baseball cap. “And on that note – it’s not lost on me that I’ve worn a lot of hats in my life (pun intended) but as with the ethos of this brand name, I know that in so many ways, I, like all of us, remain ‘as we’ve always been.’
“That’s what As ever means: as it’s always been, the same as always. With As ever, I trust you’ll feel this in every beat of what we’ve created. It is a line of products designed to make your everyday moments memories, to turn a basic breakfast into a beautiful snapshot of your life and to be kind to yourself and create a space for grace when it doesn’t all go according to plan. For me, it all started with jars of preserves I was canning with fruit I picked from my garden. “It began, quite literally, with something sweet – and through every twist and turn as a founder, it has become something even sweeter. They say you have to break a lot of eggs to make an omelette – and that is true. Sometimes they fall, sometimes they crack, and sometimes you don’t have enough eggs at all – but I will tell you this much: no matter how many eggs may break in the process, you can still end up with a pretty great omelette. Sometimes even better than you expected. There is so much more coming, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
“Follow along @AsEverOfficial & @Meghan.

The duchess also made a poignant statement about her past struggles to secure a name for her brand – which was renamed to As Ever from American Riviera Orchard.
She said: “Through every twist and turn as a founder, it has become something even sweeter.

In her second newsletter, titled “Find the magic in the moment” and sent out on March 5, the duchess told readers that “small yet meaningful moments of connection are where we can all find the magic in the everyday”.
She said: “When I think of the things I look forward to most, I usually find them in the unexpected, in the thoughtful gesture, in the small details that show care.”

“When I think of the things I look forward to most, I usually find them in the unexpected, in the thoughtful gesture, in the small details that show care. The single dahlia hand-plucked from your garden and shared with a friend instead of the grandeur of a large bouquet. The lost art of a handwritten note, written with care to simply say ‘thinking of you’ and placed in an actual mailbox (with an actual stamp) and sent with love.
“The simplicity of a grilled cheese sandwich cut into small triangles and dunked into tomato soup with your kids. Or one of my favourites—making breakfast for dinner. Those small yet meaningful moments of connection are where we can all find the magic in the everyday.
“Showing up for someone can make them feel a little more loved, and definitely more seen – and As ever is a reminder that those gestures do not have to be grand. In fact, it’s often the small moments that can have the largest impact.
“They say ‘it’s the thought that counts, but I would go a step further-it’s the thought that counts the most.
“- Hibiscus tea that reminds me of the sun tea I made in my childhood, placing a teabag into a mason jar of water and watching it change color as it steeped in the warmth of the sun.
“- Crunchy and delicious shortbread cookies that remind me of my time in England, with tiny flower sprinkles to add extra beauty and charm to enjoy each delicate bite.
“- Crepe mix inspired by my time visiting France as a student, savoring the thin texture and delicate flavor, and bringing a taste of that back to my college apartment at the time, and now my family home.
“- My beloved fruit spreads honed over years of recipe testing, the sweet scent wafting through the house; the type of aroma that makes you stop, close your eyes, and breathe it all in – the fragrance that says ‘Welcome home.’
“With As ever, I welcome you to the feeling of my home, and invite you to have this joy in your home too.
“As ever,
“Meghan”

Meghan’s updated website revealed her first products were raspberry jam, and the flower sprinkles she repeatedly promotes throughout the show.
Her new eight-part series, which sees the former Suits actress give hosting tips and cooking with her celebrity friends, has been savaged by critics.
The Duke of Sussex makes just one appearance at the end of the final episode when he joins Meghan, her mother Doria Ragland and friends for an outdoor celebratory brunch.
