Mötley Crüe’s eagerly awaited Vegas residency has hit a major setback, with the band announcing a delay due to frontman Vince Neil requiring emergency medical treatment. The bandbroke the news on that their Dolby Live gigs at Park MGM, meant to rock out from March 28 to April 19, are now delayed until September 2025 due to Neil’s urgent medical needs.
Neil himself poured his heart out to the fans on the band’s official account: “Mötley Crüe’s Las Vegas Residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, originally scheduled for March 28th-April 19th, 2025, is moving to September 2025 due to a required medical procedure recently advised by vocalist Vince Neil’s doctors. Neil said: ‘To all the Crüeheads who were looking forward to seeing us this Spring, I’m truly sorry. My health is my top priority so I can bring you the awesome shows you deserve, and I can’t wait to return to the stage. Thank you for all the well wishes that keep reaching me. Your support means more than you know’.”

Fellow band members Nikki Sixx, Tommy Lee, and John 5 joined in, sending well-wishes: “Please join us in wishing Vince a speedy recovery.
“We are looking forward to him to get well again and to take over Vegas together in September. We can’t wait to see you all out there, and thank you for your understanding and support in the meantime.”
Despite the hiccup, the band reassured ticket holders that their passes remain valid for the new September dates.
Fresh off their iconic Takeöver gigs at Whisky A Go Go, Roxy, and Troubadour last Fall, Mötley Crüe is amping up to deliver an “unforgettable night and inimitable new show with many surprises this Fall – From The Sunset Strip, To The Las Vegas Strip.”
The schedule shake-up has left some fans in turmoil, venting their woes online: “Ok so how do we figure out what the new date is for our tickets?” and “How do I apply for a refund if I cannot attend the event on the rescheduled dates????”

And for those traveling far, the frustration is palpable, “I’m flying from Portugal! Are you refunding my flights and hotel??????”
More chimed in, adding furiously: “Was coming from the UK but Ticketmaster stated no refunds are available. Can’t travel back for the rescheduled date. Absolutely gutted” and “Well I’m not going BUT it’s a bit short notice if you’ve booked hotels & flights you can’t get refunded. And then if you want to go you’ve got to pay out again in September. The fans haven’t got 100s of spare dollars to throw around.”
Others, however, wished the star well ahead of his surgery: “Best wishes for a speedy recovery @thevinceneil We love you!,” and: “All the best to @thevinceneil and a speedy recovery!”
Motley Crue’s most recent concert took place in October last year at the Aftershock festival in Sacremento, California. They released the three-song EP Cancelled that same month.
