Vicky said that these “fractures” should be “celebrated because they are what make you beautiful” and “perfect isn’t beautiful.”

Her eyes appeared to be filling with tears as Vicky continued: “Things that have lived and been dropped and put back together again are more beautiful.”

Meghan opened up about her mental health struggles during her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021. She said that she had suicidal thoughts while living in the UK as a working member of the Royal Family, including when she was pregnant with Prince Archie.

She told Oprah: “Look, I was really ashamed to say it at the time and ashamed to have to admit it, to Harry especially, because I know how much loss he’s suffered. But I knew that if I didn’t say it that I would do it – and I just didn’t want to be alive anymore. And that was a very clear and real and frightening constant thought.”

Meghan also claimed that she went to the Royal Family and “said that I needed to go somewhere to get help, said that I’ve never felt this way before and I need to go somewhere, and they said I couldn’t, that it wouldn’t be good for the institution”.

She continued: “This was emails, begging for help, saying very specifically I am concerned for my mental welfare…Nothing was ever done. So we had to find a solution.” Meghan and Harry stepped down from their roles as working royals and moved to the US in 2020.
