The sheer size of the Elveden Estate is a sight to behold. It covers thousands of acres of land, incorporating woodlands, meadows, farmland, and a magnificent lake.

The Guiness Arms is a 16th-century coaching inn and pub. The premises have a large, beautiful landscape garden that rolls on down to the River Lark. There are eight bedrooms located in the barns adjacent to the pub.
The pub itself has a large conservatory style dining area, a smaller, more intimate dining area and two bars.
