This is a bold move from the Duchess of Sussex, 43, as before she tied the knot with and turned her back on acting, she was largely known for her role on Suits – which is a world’s away from the cooking and lifestyle industry she is about to delve into and .

Jameson is known for his street food, bold flavours, and innovative cooking. He has also overlooked and run Michelin star restaurants and trained under Marco Pierre White from 15 years old.

The expert exclusively told us: “I believe she [Meghan] will appear on every possible show in the USA to promote it. Much of her continued success in our arena will hinge on how the audience responds to her and if her food if any food.”

“I believe Megan’s team is experimenting with various ideas to see what resonates. Cookery shows are incredibly popular, so it will be fascinating to observe from the chef’s perspective as to how it does.”

When discussing her skillset he suggested that she most likely would have “received training” and “consulted with experts on the show to enhance her skills.”

He also slammed the series ahead of its release and believes it will not get renewed and come off as “boring”. Jameson continued: “I don’t think it will get renewed purely because I don’t think it’ll be entertaining enough.

“There is a lot of great home cooks out there and I don’t think she’s going show too much in regard to inspiration and I think it will come across quite boring.”

has been a huge supporter of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Back in 2022, they starred in a three-part documentary series titled ‘Harry and Meghan’ which shared their complex journey exiting royal life.

Meghan also confirmed that the platform would be her new business partner for ‘As Ever’.

Jameson was concerned over the reaction Meghan will be met with, he said: “ has supported them from the start, so they will likely rally behind her new show as they need it to be a success. However, if it doesn’t perform well, I’m uncertain about the direction can take with her.”

He also highlighted his frustration “when individuals without formal training or experience in culinary arts suddenly land their own shows and publish cookbooks.”

The chef continued:” It feels like a disservice to those who have dedicated themselves to rigorous training in demanding kitchens, as well as to those who possess the charisma suited for television, but she’s not the first or last to do this I am sure.”
