‘s new Netflix series could be overshadowed by the legal battle relating to ‘s immigration status.

With , Harry will be gearing up for the Department of Homeland Security to release redacted documents related to his US visa application just two days later.

This will likely come as a frustrating blow for Meghan, who is hoping for major success with her new eight-part series titled ‘With Love, Meghan’.

After their reveal on March 6, Harry’s documents will then be submitted to the court following a lawsuit by right-wing think tank, The Heritage Foundation.

A court filing seen by Newsweek stated: “Defendant can provide these items with proposed redactions to Chambers within 14 days, no later than March 6, 2025.”

Taking to her account, @meghan, on January 2, the 43-year-old shared the exciting news that her show was on its way.

Although it had originally been planned for release on January 15, a delay was put in place following the wildfires that devastated LA.

The eight episodes of the show – each around 30 minutes long – will all air on on Tuesday.
