Clarkson’s Farm star Kaleb Cooper issues huge announcement on future of Diddly Squat Farm

Much-loved star of Amazon’s , , has excited fans with a huge update. He shared that the Diddly Squat Farm Shop will once again be open to the public very soon.

With just three days to go, the 26-year-old farmer shared some news that sent fans of the show into a frenzy. Posting to his Stories he reshared a post from the shop’s official account confirming the time and date of when the doors will reopen.

The post had a photo of the sign for the shop as it announced: “Just 3 days to go until Diddly Squat Farm Shop reopens following the winter break. The team have been working hard to fix and refresh, just look at the sign, it’s like new.”

Confirming the re-opening, it continued: “The doors will be open on Saturday and Sunday 09:30-16:30. Normal hours resume.”

Fans were delighted with the exciting news and flooded the comments with messages of joy. One wrote: “I’m coming for a visit this year without fail!! Good luck for the coming season and hopefully it will be plain sailing all the way now.”

Another penned: “Excellent! Wishing you a cracking opening,” while a third wrote: “Shows it was worth every hurdle with the council, may this year be the best year yet.”

“Looks great! Hope this year is your best year yet,” one more commented with another saying: “This is the best thing in life. Find yourself, find a great hobby and get paid for it. Good luck to you guys!”

The popular farm shop mysteriously closed in December, with an update stating that the store would be shut throughout January and February. Its final day of operation was on December 29.

At the time, a banner on the shop’s website read: “The original Farm Shop at Chadlington is closed for January and February. The pop up farm shop at The Farmer’s Dog Pub is open Wednesday to Sundays, 10am – 4.30pm.”

Shop owner has not disclosed the reason behind this extended hiatus. However, he publicly discussed a number of problems he faced with his business ventures, including his pub The Farmer’s Dog.

Jeremy disclosed that patrons have been pinching glassware from his establishment, piling on more unforeseen expenses.

He detailed the financial strains in his Times column, saying: “That cost must be added to the £100 a day we spend on fuel for the generator, the £400 a week it costs to provide warmth on the terrace and the £27,000 a month we must spend on parking and traffic marshals to keep the council off our back.”
