Former Manchester United chief Ed Woodward is reportedly being lined up for a job by the organisation which owns a stake in Crystal Palace.
Eagle Football Holdings is also affiliated with Brazilian club Botafogo, French giants Lyon and Belgian side RWD Molenbeek. And they are believed to be eyeing Woodward with a view to making him an independent director as the company prepares to list in the USA.
According to , the Red Devils’ former executive vice-chairman, who was unpopular with fans by the time he left Old Trafford in 2022, has been ‘approached’ about the role. But it is not certain that he will elect to take it on.
