The Trump administration has reportedly pressed the eastern European government to let the Tates travel back to the US, but Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu has denied such claims.
Andrew, 38, and Tristan, 36, who have huge social media support for their right-wing views, are also wanted in the UK over separate allegations of human trafficking and rape.

Moments later, Richard and Kate shared more breaking news, announcing that legendary actor Gene Hackman, 95, and his wife Betsy Arakawa, 63, in their Santa Fe home.
The pair were found dead on Wednesday afternoon (February 26) along with their dog, County Sheriff Adan Mendoza has confirmed.
The sheriff confirmed there was “no immediate indication of foul play”, but did not provide a cause of death.
