With average annual net earnings of about £70,985 in 2023, boasts the best wages in the world.
This translates to nearly 6K per month- which is over twice more than what British workers earn every month.
In comparison, the UK’s median annual earnings for full-time employees in 2024 stood at £37,430, which is about £2,886 per month.
After taxes, the average monthly net earnings in the UK were £2,297, as reported by the ONS.
