A new study from Wowcher ranked London the “most chilled” city in the UK. However, this peaceful gem offers much more than a relaxing atmosphere.

With its small population of just under 47,000, Inverness has been recognised for its unique blend of history, nature, and tranquillity.

The city earned top marks in the ranking thanks to factors like the abundance of parks and green spaces, low levels of traffic, and plentiful walking trails.

The study of the top 10 most chilled city hotspots in the UK was based on an index score that took into account the number of spa bookings, noise and light pollution, the amount of traffic, the population density, the number of walking trails, the life satisfaction score of locals, and the quality of green spaces.
