Changes may need to be made ahead of a midweek round of top-flight fixtures, with the (FPL) deadline falling at 6pm (GMT) on Tuesday February 25.

Erling Haaland

is hopeful that the City striker will return in time for the trip to Spurs on Wednesday. Haaland injured his knee against earlier this month, sat on the bench at the Bernabeu and missed out entirely against on Sunday. “I have the feeling he will be back soon because he trained on Saturday and made some really good movements,” said Guardiola.

Morgan Rogers

The Aston Villa man asked to be substituted during the win over on Saturday. Manager Unai Emery subsequently admitted it was only because of a kick, and he hopes Rogers will be ready to return against Crystal Palace on Tuesday.

The Dutch defender has missed ‘s last three games with a knee problem, and further assessments will take place ahead of Wednesday’s trip to Anfield. “He is making good progress,” said Magpies manager Eddie Howe. “Just not as quickly as we wanted it to.”
