has faced a lot of criticism since quitting royal life in 2020, with one of the biggest being her alleged treatment of staff.
Over the last five years, numerous publications have reported quotes from staff that have referred to Meghan, 43, as being “difficult” to work with.
Among those is a Meanwhile, a report published last month included claims from one former staff member who alleged that colleagues needed “long-term therapy” after working with ’s wife.
While this has all added up to a negative perception of Meghan in the workplace, an insider who worked with Meghan on her upcoming series “With Love, Meghan” has offered a different point of view.
A member of production how Meghan had made everyone involved in filming “feel welcome”, and even brought them all a gift on the last day of filming.

A source close to the production said: “She gave a speech on the last day of filming and graciously gifted Our Place pans and wooden spoons for the entire crew and engraved them in her own handwriting.
“It’s a tight-knit group, and she made everybody feel welcome.”
This is not the only time negative claims about Meghan in the workplace have been disputed.
Last year, various former staff members of Meghan and Harry had told US Weekly how nice it was working with the couple.

One former employee reportedly said that when she adopted a dog, Meghan and Harry had gifted them a “luxury brand leash and new collar”.
Another staff member said: “Meghan will do things like, ‘You mentioned on the call your skin is bothering you, I put together a kit for you.’”
Meghan’s new series “With Love, Meghan” is set to air on March 4, with her new lifestyle brand As Ever also expected to launch soon.
