Gerrard is back on the market after . He hardly impressed in the Middle East, but he remains the only man to have led Rangers to a title in the past 14 years.

Dyche is always guaranteed to get players committed and pulling in the same direction. A potential appointment, though, could hinge on whether the club are prepared to accept his direct, uncompromising style of play.
Rob Edwards
This time a year ago, Rob Edwards was being hailed as a miracle man as battled against relegation following their unlikely promotion to the Premier League. But after failing to pull off a great escape and then dropping straight into a fight against relegation into League One, he’s now out of work.
But the initial job he did with The Hatters shouldn’t be forgotten. And at 42, Edwards is young enough and ambitious enough to relish the opportunity to rebuild Rangers.
