actions might have already indicated where his head is at.
The ace is currently out of contract at the end of the season, with a move away from the club having been touted.
Real Madrid appear the most likely – and only – suitor, with the Spanish giants having made their interest clear.
Reports from earlier this year suggest Real Madrid’s confidence around signing Alexander-Arnold is high, with the right-back free to discuss a pre-contract agreement.
Of course, the 26-year-old isn’t the only player whose deal runs out at the end of the season, but unlike team-mates Virgil van Dijk and , Alexander-Arnold has remained tight-lipped about his future.
Speaking last year, Van Dijk revealed: “I can say obviously discussions are ongoing, but I don’t know, we will see what happens in the future.”
Similarly, Salah has also addressed his future, albeit admitting a deal wasn’t close to being signed yet. He told Sky Sports in January: “So far, yes. It’s the last six months.

On the prospect of playing for Los Blancos, : “I think that Trent is a unique one because players make moves all the time, but moving from the club, from the city that you in and that you support to moving to Real Madrid comes across as odd.

“So I actually understand any player from any club in Europe wanting to go to Real Madrid, except for if you played for Barcelona of course. And that’s happened in years gone by, so… For me, if Trent were to go, and he was to go having won more trophies, I wouldn’t begrudge him.”
