The lucky winner of the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw will get the keys to a stunning 4-bedroom property with incredible views on the shores of Loch Rannoch in Perthshire.

The house offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding Scottish Highlands including the Black Woods of Rannoch and the Southern Rannoch mountains, as well as its very own all-weather tennis court.

The house comes -free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner is also given a whopping £250,000 in cash, to help them settle in, and can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income, or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multimillionaire.

Omaze estimates that if the winner decides to keep the property, the £250,000 would enable them to run the house for more than five years. The house also comes with £160,000 worth of furnishings, ready for the winner to enjoy the day they get the keys.

If they decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of between £8,000 – £10,000 per month.

The house sits within the Loch Rannoch and Glen Lyon National Scenic Area, so there’s plenty for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy including hillwalking and mountain biking on the iconic Schiehallion, one of Scotland’s most famous mountains.

The house has been meticulously renovated, combining two existing cottages in a contemporary style, while still maintaining a sense of historical character.

The lounge, living and dining rooms in the 8,870 sq ft house all benefit from dual aspect views. The spacious lounge also features a vaulted ceiling and oak bookcases for the winner to unwind while reading in a peaceful corner of the room.

Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, two located to the east side of the house, and the main bedroom and a further guest en suite, with dressing room, within the conjoined old cottage.

A summer house looks out over the loch and features two stained-glass windows which were salvaged from St Paul’s Newington Church, Edinburgh. The summer house was built in the vernacular style by Sir James Menter for his beloved wife.

As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multimillionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Scotland, will raise money for Alzheimer’s Research UK. The money raised from the Omaze Scottish prize draw will fund the Alzheimer’s Research UK Drug Discovery team.

The partnership with Omaze is backed by actor and Alzheimer’s Research UK Ambassador, Brian Cox. He said: I’ve been a proud Ambassador of Alzheimer’s Research UK for many years, having witnessed first-hand the destruction dementia causes. It robbed me of my brother and brother-in-law.

“There are almost one million people living with dementia in the UK. And if nothing changes, one in two of us will be affected by dementia in our lifetime – either by caring for someone with the condition, developing it ourselves, or both.

“So there has never been a greater need to support Alzheimer’s Research UK’s search for a cure.

“I’m thrilled that Alzheimer’s Research UK is partnering with Omaze and the money raised will make a huge difference to their vital work. Together, we really can end the heartbreak of dementia.”

Omaze has guaranteed Alzheimer’s Research UK a minimum donation of £1 million from this latest partnership.

This is the third time Alzheimer’s Research UK has partnered with Omaze. The two previous partnerships, in 2022 and 2024, raised a combined £4.1 million.

James Oakes, President of Omaze, said: “Everyone at Omaze is thrilled to be partnering with Alzheimer’s Research UK again for our latest house draw.

“By offering this amazing property in Scotland, plus £250,000 in cash, Omaze gives people the chance to win a life-changing prize, whilst also raising money for charities.

“The eventual winner is free to decide what they want to do with the house. They can move in and not have to worry about any immediate costs, thanks to the £250,000 settling in money; they can rent it out, for additional income; or they can sell up and cash in to become a multimillionaire – the choice is entirely theirs!”

He added: “Our charity partners get introduced to vast new audiences that they wouldn’t otherwise reach. We’re extremely proud that the Omaze Community has raised over £77 million for good causes across the UK.”
