Restraining order violation

Katie Price’s legal woes have not been limited to financial struggles and driving offences—she has also faced serious legal repercussions over restraining orders. In June 2019, the troubled star, who has been engaged eight times and married three times, was hit with a five-year restraining order preventing her from having any direct or indirect contact with Michelle Penticost, the fiancée of her ex-husband, Kieran Hayler.

The order came after an incident at a school playground where Price was accused of hurling abuse at Penticost in front of children, leading to a fine of £415. However, the drama didn’t end there.

In May 2022, Price breached the order by sending a foul-mouthed text to Hayler, referring to Penticost as a “gutter s**g”.

The breach landed her in court once again, and in June 2022, she was sentenced to an 18-month community order, requiring 150 hours of unpaid work, with an extra 20 hours added due to a previous suspended sentence for driving offences.

Despite facing the possibility of a prison sentence, Price avoided jail time, though the judge made it clear that further breaches would not be tolerated.
