The Kansas City Chiefs suffered a tough loss to the Philadelphia Eagles during Sunday’s Super Bowl LIX, but one quarterback’s wife is finding comfort from someone very close to their family.

Undoubtedly, Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, are navigating an emotional rollercoaster, given the game’s outcome didn’t go in their favor. However, a heartfelt message may offer a small but meaningful respite for their emotional recovery.

In a now-deleted Instagram story, shared by People, Brittany posted a thoughtful soliloquy sent to her by pediatric sleep consultant Jenna Artis.

“Not only is Patrick a standout football player, changing the game with his talent and integrity both on and off the field, but he’s also redefining what fatherhood looks like — even with a full plate,” Artis wrote with deep admiration.

Artis then directed her praise toward Brittany, noting her awe of all she balances in her many roles — mother, wife and sport’s team co-owner — and emphasized that anyone would be fortunate to count her as a friend.

The registered nurse also acknowledged Patrick’s active involvement in their children’s lives, highlighting his dedication as a father.

“To so many, you’re the #1 football player, but to three little ones, you’re the #1 dad,” Artis wrote.

Artis’ sentiments are a perfect reflection of the couple’s supportive dynamic. Back in February, Brittany faced criticism for her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut, but in a now deleted Instagram story, she called her spouse “the most amazing supportive husband.”
