According to new research conducted by global travel booking platform, , Belgrade has experienced a 203% increase of searches for hotels in the past month, while ‘hotels in Paris’ have only seen a 12% increase.

It was the core and the oldest section of the urban area of Belgrade. For centuries, the city population was concentrated only within the walls of the fortress, so it is truly the birthplace of the city.
Founded in the 3rd century BC it was conquered by the Romans and today stands as a gorgeous monument and military museum where you can explore the history of the city.
If you’d rather a more relaxed trip wandering through Belgrade, then you must visit Knez Mihailova – the main pedestrian and shopping zone in Belgrade, protected by law as one of the oldest and most valuable landmarks of the city.

One of the most beautiful pedestrian zones in South East Europe, the street is constantly filled with a buzz of people and tourists exploring.
