Boden knocks £96 off ‘lovely’ silk shirt so nice shoppers ‘bought it twice’

Silk shirts are a must-have in every wardrobe, with the luxurious garment pairing beautifully with tailored trousers and skirts. Boden sells a variety of stylish options, including the which has had its price slashed by nearly £100.

The fashion retailer’s chic striped shirt usually retails for £160, however it can now be yours for £64, giving you a huge saving of £96. The garment is available in both petite and regular fits in sizes four to 22, and comes in several other colours and patterns.

Sadly, one customer who bought the navy colourway wasn’t impressed, as they explained: “It felt very thin for the price… What I wanted was an oversized shirt, but this felt no different from other Boden shirts I have size-wise. It didn’t look or feel expensive.”

However, the other buyer who awarded the silk shirt five stars was so impressed with it that they ‘bought it twice’. They explained: “Lovely silk and a lovely drape. I’m 6′ tall and is long enough to tuck comfortably. I also bought the tiger print – these are my new favorites.”
