Holly Willoughby revealed why she realistically wouldn’t skate on . The former host, who presents the show alongside Stephen Mulhern, explained that despite her weekly appearances in stunning outfits to present the ice stars and pros she hasn’t braved the rink herself for .
In a candid conversation, the 43-year-old ruled out trying the challenging sport, saying: “It depends, if we are talking about me standing still or being spun around and doing a triple axle [laughs].
“I might do it if I’m standing still, but I don’t want to commit to that because before you know it, it’ll be in my contract! So I think no is the safest answer.”
Her co-presenter has a bolder approach to skating, admitting: “I am practicing and it is hard! I really wish after the last series I started taking lessons, but my legs are still aching, and I have only done two lessons.
“If I can get up to a standard where I can stand up, you might see me. Otherwise, you’re going to see another Todd Carty moment. I really, really want to get on the ice – one hundred percent… so, if I can, I will.”

Meanwhile, Holly constantly impresses viewers with her fabulous dresses for the icy contest but faced backlash late last month after wearing a deeply plunging Wicked-inspired gown, reports .
The ITV star dazzled audiences as she embodied Glinda the Good Witch from Wicked, slipping into a low-cut, pink gown. Adorning herself in a grand pink tutu-style dress with a corseted top glittering with diamante, Holly let her golden locks cascade down as she topped off her fairy-tale ensemble with a shimmering tiara and a magical, star-shaped wand during her enchanting stage entrance.
The TV star’s fashion statement sparked diverse opinions among viewers. While some were spellbound by her “incredible” and “pure magic” look, others deemed the costume too risque for a family-friendly show.
