All you need to do is grab 100g of ginger, peel them and slice them up really thin. According to the experts at , ginger has plenty of anti-inflammatory properties, and show that it may help to reduce blood pressure as well.
Ginger is also a , which can help to eliminate gas from the digestive system, and it can also soothe the intestinal tract.
Put the ginger in a blender and then add 300ml of beetroot juice. The pro says that this is high in nitrates which can help to improve blood flow and endurance.
Then, add the juice of a lemon, which is rich in vitamin C and helps to keep your cells healthy as well as maintaining healthy skin, bones and wound healing, according to the .
Blend everything up and you should have enough for six shots of this drink. The expert added: “We’re not straining because we want to keep that prebiotic fibre.”
