Prince Harry shows off his dance moves in rare IG story by Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle gave a glimpse into Prince Harry’s silly side on social media.

Over the weekend, Markle shared a series of Instagram stories to mark the 2025 Invictus Games, which were launched by her husband in 2014. This year, the event is takes place in Vancouver, Canada from Feb. 8 through Feb. 16.

In a short video from Feb. 8, shared on her Instagram story and fittingly set to the Generation X tune “Dancing With Myself,” Harry is seen with back to the camera as he faced a large group posing for a photo.

Before joining in on the photo opp, he showed off his smooth footwork and did a little jig before he went to stand next to his wife for the photo.

Markle shared several more moments from the first day of the Invictus Games, including a sweet video of her interacting with Team USA followed by a short clip posing for a photo with the team.

She also took a moment to capture part of Chris Martin’s performance at the opening ceremony as he improvised a cheery tune about the event accompanied by his guitar. At the end of the clip, she captured her husband’s live reaction as he clapped along.

Other performances at the opening ceremony included Katy Perry, Noah Kahan, Roxane Bruneau, and Nelly Furtado.

Markle officially rejoined Instagram at the beginning of 2025 after a seven-year hiatus from the social media platform.

She previously shut down her lifestyle blog, The Tig, in 2017 after her engagement to Harry. Markle later deleted her personal Instagram account months before their 2018 wedding.

Her return to social media also came with a big announcement — a new Netflix show, “With Love, Meghan.”

The show, which was announced on Jan. 2, will feature a variety of lifestyle and culinary tips. The episodes will also feature special guests, including her husband, as well as actors Mindy Kaling and Abigail Spencer, and esteemed chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters.
