The compact gadget includes the Crispi “PowerPod,” which fits in the palm of your hand but packs the punch of a full-sized 1500-watt air fryer. One could say that this is where the magic happens: The small contraption can bake, air fry, recrisp, or max crisp. You just snap it to one of the glass containers (included with your purchase), pick a mode, and set it to the desired temperature.
The system features a six-cup and four-quart glass container so that you can quickly whip up individual-sized portions or big family meals. For reference, the four-quart container fits a four pound chicken and vegetables.
An understated but much appreciated feature of this air fryer is that once all your cooking is done, you can easily store your meal in the very container you cooked it in. Both the six-cup and four-quart containers come with their own snap-lock, leak-resistant storage lids so that you can stow them in the fridge, or tote them for lunch or a potluck. And before you ask, yes, clean-up is a breeze. The adapter, glassware, and lids are all dishwasher safe!
You can purchase it in one of three colors from Amazon where it currently has nearly 400 reviews. Check out a few of them below or keep scrolling to get your hands on this device before it sells out again:
“We’ve been loving this Ninja Crispi airfryer. It cooks really fast and it’s very easy to clean! Of course the bowl gets extremely hot so be mindful of it when taking things out. We’ve made bacon (we like it extra crispy) … We also made grilled cheese sandwiches, toast, buffalo chicken dip, chicken breast, fresh veggies, mozzarella cheese sticks, pot stickers, hamburger patties, sausages… the list goes on. The clean up is so fast and easy. I also turn the air fryer top over (when it’s cooled down) and wipe it down. This replaced my old plastic drawer-type air fryer which started smoking and smelling like burned plastic… In my opinion it works excellent! — JMichelle3
″I got this last week and it is my first air fryer. I went with the Crispi because of its small size. Both bases stack so storing was pretty easy. So far I have cooked chicken wings and tater tots. Both have cooked fast and came out nice and crispy. The clean up has been super easy so far.” —J.D.
“I had a small countertop air fryer, but the basket was so narrow that I had to cook some dishes in two or more batches. The Crispi solved that problem. The 4-quart cooking dish holds a lot — I cooked almost two pounds of green beans in it. The smaller 6-cup dish is perfect for single servings, reheating, etc. The food cooks quickly. Salmon came out perfectly. Some of the green beans got a little burned, so I’ll turn them more often. The ones that weren’t burned tasted great, though. I especially like being able to see my food in the bowl while it’s cooking. The set also comes with snap-on lids for both bowls so you can serve and store the food in the bowl. Altogether, this is a great update for the air fryer!” —Divascribe
“Exceeded my expectations: easy to operate and clean up is a breeze. Prepared food (mixed fresh vegetables, frozen French fries and buffalo wings) turned out fantastic. The recipe book included is excellent. Just be sure to check it and stir every 10 minutes or so. It doesn’t take up very much room on my small counter top like my previous air fryer. I’m so glad I decided to make the change. Highly recommend!” —Robbie K
“I have used this fryer many times and I can say that it really is very easy to use and does the job. It holds a lot more food than it looks and it clean very easily, which is a big plus.” — John Cassese
“I admit I almost returned this, thinking why did I even need another air fryer at this point? But I did watch some YouTube videos and decided to reheat leftovers… It gives any rice dish that was cooked in oil a brand new life. That goes for Chinese, Greek, Persian, Mexican, you name it. Some of the rice grain gets this delicious crispiness but never dries it out! Same goes for meat. Again it adds a little crispy edge back to the dish. Sure you can pop it in the air fryer or wait forever heating it in the oven and achieve similar results, right? But Ninja Crispi is just SO MUCH MORE CONVENIENT… After it beeps guess what? The glass container now can be taken to your table or desk to eat straight out of. It has a handle and support at the bottom so you don’t even need a pot holder. Couldn’t finish the food? Put the lid on it and back in the fridge it goes. You bet this will save money in the long run. Oh, and in case you’re wondering if it does a good job cooking frozen food, yes it does. I just like to go 2 min. less than what the instruction says. Same with reheating food. 8 min. on recrisp is perfect.” —Newport
