he unsettling drama explores two timelines: one featuring the 1990s girls’ soccer team, the Yellowjackets, who survive a plane crash in the Canadian wilderness, and another following the survivors as adults in the 21st Century.

Yellowjackets season 3 release date
Season three of Yellowjackets is set to premiere on Friday, February 14, on Paramount+ in the UK with the first two episodes being released simultaneously.
For those in the US, episodes one and two are going to be made available via Paramount+ with Showtime on February 14.
Those without access to the streaming service can catch the double-bill season three debut on Showtime on Sunday, February 16.
Following this, a single episode from the 10-part drama will be released weekly on Paramount+ in the UK and Paramount+ with Showtime at the same time slot.

The highly anticipated third season of Yellowjackets is set to bring back most of the original main cast, including Christina Ricci as adult Misty, Melanie Lynskey as adult Shauna, Tawny Cypress as adult Taissa, Simone Kessell as adult Lottie, and Lauren Ambrose as adult Van.
The younger versions of these characters will be portrayed by Samantha Hanratty as Misty, Sophie Nelisse as Shauna, Jasmine Savoy Brown as Taissa, Courtney Eaton as Lottie, Liv Hewson as Van, and Kevin Alves as Travis.
Additionally, Steven Krueger will reprise his role as Coach Ben, and Elijah Wood will return as Walter.
The new season will also feature guest appearances by Hilary Swank, known for her role in Million Dollar Baby, and Joel McHale from Community, although their characters have not been revealed.
One notable absence will be Juliette Lewis, who played adult Natalie, after her character’s untimely demise at the hands of Misty.
Actress Hilary Swank is expected to join Yellowjackets season three as a guest star.
What to expect
The previous season left viewers with a cliffhanger, as the girls’ cabin went up in flames, with Coach Ben watching, hinting at his possible involvement.
Christina Ricci has teased that the upcoming season will be even more “Yellowjackets-y”, telling The Reporter: “This season is going to be even more shocking and surprising than the previous seasons.
“It’s definitely going to be brutal. But they also put a lot of comedy into it.”
“So I think it’s just going to be… extremely Yellowjackets-y.”
