viewers were left flabbergasted as Peter Jones and Steven Barlett began discussing the best way to use toilet paper as a couple gave a presentation about their portable bidet product on the show. As Peter said he could just wet toilet paper instead of using the product Steven pointed out that it would tear.
Viewers at home found the whole discussion rather distracting and took to X to express their feelings with one saying: “Too much information @dragonjones but at least you’re honest #DragonsDen,” followed by a laughing emoji.
Another agreed commenting: “This is all far too much information from the dragons @dragonjones, @StevenBartlett, @DeborahMeaden, #dragonsden, @BBCDragonsDen,” followed by three laughing emojis.
“Hearing that @StevenBartlett doesn’t wet wipe was worse! Especially when he said he goes all ‘Bear Grylls’ when he travels #dragonsden.” a third commented.
A fourth quipped: “Surely Peter has staff to wipe his bottom for him, if not what’s the point in being mega rich?… #dragonsden.” A fifth simply said: “TMI Peter TMI #DragonsDen. “

Steven Bartlett and Peter Jones had a discussion about the way to use toilet paper on Dragons’ Den
When it came to Peter Jones turn to comment on the product he told the products inventors, married couple Bierendra Khadka and Kelsang Sahak what he des in the absence of a bidet.
“I think if you’re in the situation…and I’ve been that you’ve been in that situation before where there’s no bidet, I’d go and get some tissue and put it under the cold tap or whatever, then I’d wipe my bottom.
“There’s places where you think, ‘Oh, dear, okay, I need to clean up here,’ so you know, you’re using tissue. You get what I mean?” Peter said.
Steven Bartlett interjected to point out a flaw in Peter’s reasoning. “What if the tissue breaks? When you wet tissue it breaks.”

Bierendra Khada and Kelsang Sahak pitched a bidet idea to the investors on Dragons’ Den
However Peter wasn’t convinced by his protestations clapping back: “You’re laughing yet, you’ve done it before.”
Prior to entering the den Bierendra and Kelsang admitted they were keen to score an investment. “We have a lot riding on today, because we have been working on this for the past year, but we have been thinking about this for even longer,” she said.
“We just need the right dragon and investment to get everything running. I think because our product being a bit more sustainability focused, Deborah would be great.”
Sadly for the pair none of the panel were keen on investing and they left the den empty handed.
