documenting her obtaining signed merchandise for a young girl, a psychologist has branded the video “rehearsed” but claims it’s possible she made a “real connection” with the Los Angeles wildfire victim.
The 43-year-old posted a reel to her account earlier this week where she explained how the 23-year-old US singer, Billie Eilish, sent signed items to her for a 15-year-old girl whose home had burned down.
The Duchess of Sussex, who lives in California, revealed that her and her husband met the teenager’s mum whilst visiting a community affected by the devastating wildfires.
Psychologist Adam Lyons spoke to Express.co.uk about the video upload. He explained: “There’s nothing repeated or unusual about her gestures here. She is, however, acting or presenting – in the sense that nobody receives a package and immediately turns their camera on to film it.”
Mr Lyons adds: “She definitely looks natural, but natural in the way an actor or someone performing to camera would look.”

The body language expert also talked about the , to obtain the items: “Overall, you have to think about why somebody would put in this much effort to help somebody get a single t-shirt.
“It is possible she made a real connection with somebody and she was really inspired to go out of her way to do this, but from an altruistic point of view, the fact she made a video about it means it was never really about serving the other person, it was more about self-serving herself.”
