Caesar salad always makes a delicious healthy lunch option
Caesar salad is the perfect light option that’s still going to fill you up until dinner, but isn’t too heavy that you’ll start falling asleep at your desk.

The first ingredient that’s really going to elevate your caesar salad is air fried potatoes, instead of the classic croutons.
Potatoes are very satiating so they’re going to keep you full for hours, and they’ll add some interesting texture and flavour to your salad too.
They’re so easy to prepare too – all you need to do is dice up 250g of baby potatoes, microwave for five minutes, sprinkle with some all-purpose seasoning and air-fry at 200C for 10 minutes.
