Jemma Forte appeared alongside Annunziata Rees-Mogg on the programme to discuss Prime Minister trip to Brussels to sit in on the EU meeting – with Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch claiming he is trying to “edge us back” into the EU.
Jeremy kicked off the show by saying: “Let’s start off with ’s trip to Brussels, which has sparked concerns among top Brexiteers. Yesterday he became the first Prime Minister since to join a meeting between the leaders of all 27 states.
“Starmer wants to reset relations with the and work closer with the bloc, but Tory leader Kemi Badenoch has accused him of trying to reopen the divisions of the past and edge us back into the EU.”
Annunziata was keen to support the PM’s decision while insisting was the best deal for Britain, explaining: “I always think he should be friendly and open to talking to every other country in the world. Of course he should sit at the table.

“The UK is an independent nation, we should be part of all of these sorts of conversations. The reason we get that privilege is because we’ve left the EU. We get to do all sorts of things, we get to not be in the chunk that Trump has decided he’s most likely to put tariffs on because we’re not in the EU.”
But Jemma Forte quickly interrupted, fuming: “Can we just get real for a second? is just a huge disaster and anybody, including yourself, your brother, Suella Braverman, trying to pretend otherwise is absolutely deluded.”

Fans were not happy about the row, taking to social media to share their thoughts. One wrote: “Forte is always looking for an argument. She seems to be a very bitter woman. Quite sad really.”
Someone else agreed: “Jemma asking if she can speak?! Seriously? She’s done nothing but rant and rave since the show started. She can’t handle Annunziata giving her facts.”
And a third social media user added: “Jemma is a nasty piece of work. She’s so rude to anyone she disagrees with and can’t hide her hatred for Annunziata and Richard. She can’t have a grown up respectful debate.”
