“So record labels need to treat their artists as valuable employees with a liveable wage and health insurance, and protection. Labels, we got you, but do you got us? Thank you.”

One Direction fans were overcome with emotion during the In Memoriam segment, which featured a poignant tribute to the late Liam Payne, who tragically passed away at 31 last October.
The heartfelt tribute showcased clips from Liam’s illustrious career, accompanied by an audio clip of the star humbly reflecting on his achievements: “I never expected any of this to happen. You actually sit and think about it we’ve done some amazing things.”
