The princess told a member of the public her favourite colour was green during a walkabout in Wales to celebrate St David’s Day in 2022.
While out, the princess and both sported matching green outfits, reports .
Asked by a member of the public what her favourite colour was, the Daffodil-clutching Duchess replied: “It’s what I’m wearing. Do you know why? It’s because it reminds me of nature.”
has previously spoken about how gardening is one of her hobbies, which she enjoys sharing with her family.

once spoke of his wife’s pastime during a visit to Rhyl, North Wales, explaining that the Duchess “does all the gardening” and added: “I really like it, but I have no idea what I’m doing.”
During the walkabout in Wales, wore a stylish dark green roller-neck jumper with a coat, which was a similar shade of green, on top.
Her knee-length jacket took centre-stage in her outfit as she wore a pair of black jeans, black high-heeled boots and black gloves.
completed her look with a daffodil pin on the lapel of her coat as a nod to St David’s Day.
The Duchess matched her husband , who was pictured wearing a green jumper, too.

She is known for enjoying the outdoors and in summer 2024, the princess took to to share a rare personal message about the healing power of nature.
In support of the National History Museum’s new gardens, who is patron of the Natural History Museum, wrote “I am hugely supportive of the Museum’s commitment to create a special space which encourages people of all ages to reconnect with nature and learn more about how we can protect our natural world.”
She added: “I know the power of nature to support our development and wellbeing, both by bringing us joy and helping keep us physically, mentally and spiritually healthy.
“I hope these gardens will be inspiring and transformative for the thousands of people who visit.”
