Daniel Levy has reacted by making a late move for Garnacho, who has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford, as he looks to give the tools he needs to turn around their poor form.
The Spurs supremo’s efforts to sign after the Bayern Munich star opted to remain at the Allianz Arena.
